Apartment Review for Zytnick Realty - Pittsburgh, PA

I have lived at the West Mifflin Apartments for not even a year yet and I can't wait to leave!! The maintanence staff is rude and unreliable. My wall look like they are bleeding and it took me over 1 month and several call to get them to look at the leaks. They look at it and said the varnish was leaking thru the paint from moisture in the attic. There solution was to paint over it whicj will not fix the problem. And that was 3 weeks ago and they still have not done anything. The safety of the building is a joke. the buzzer doesn't work... The police dont' have a key for emergencies either. I called the Police because my neighbor's ex had broken into the back door, breaking the door handle off and then kicking in her door. Keep in mind he was on cruches and still was able to get in. I had to go let the police in downstairs because they do not have a key and like I said before, the buzzer doesn't work. In winter the parking lot has 14in of snow on it because they do not keep up with it. there is mold growing in my windows, and my neighbor has bugs in hers. The dishwasher for my apt as well as some neighbors does not funtion properly and the as I stated before the maintanence people are unrealiable. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live so that can get out of that horrid place when my lease is up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Rent is $450 +electric and my bill is about $100+/mo and I havn't turned on my heat because my neigbors electric bill is over $300/mo.
