Apartment Review for Zytnick Realty - Pittsburgh, PA

I lived at the Park Avenue apartments in West Mifflin. The apartment at first was ok. I requested the door knob be changed that first week because it was loose...2 years later they never changed it. About a year ago the air conditioner started leaking...I requested someone take a look at it 4 times before they sent someone out. The maintence guy said there was nothing wrong but it continued leaking onto the carpet anyway. Mold started growing and I got sick. I requested another 3 times for someone to come out noone ever did. This is a horrible place to live! I was finally able to move out and live a mold free apartment. Please consider the reviews you read before moving into a place where they don't care about your well being/health. Thanks.
