This is from pebble creek apts in bethel park, 2 apt buildings 5731 and 5721 have their main Enterance blocked because the walkway is falling apart. UPS and FEDEX can't deliver packages , the LOCAL MGR, refuges to accept packages for the renters at the on site office...??? wonder so many apts are unleased...  Need to rent an apartment?
