The premises are unkept. The physical condition of the properties is disgusting. Garbage, insects, smells. Inoperable smoke alarms and fire detection. NeighborS have been robbed - the front AND back doors do not lock. REQUIRED to renew your lease more than 8 months in advance. If not, they will show your apartment daily, without warning, and for months at a time. Employees couldn't be ruder, more unhelpful or more apathetic. I convey my sincerest regrets and offer my apologies to those that choose to lease from Zytnick Realty.
