Apartment Review for Zytnick Realty - Pittsburgh, PA

The secured doors are always propped open by the dealers who live here. There is a parking lot but its often frequented by hookers (check out the Post Gazette). It usually looks ok on the outside but is old, dirty and smells on the inside. The manager/owner is a mean old goat who tried to sue an old lady who was going to a nursing home for breaking her lease!!! He makes you renew your lease 5 mos. in advance and don't even think about pets - it's an extra $125 a month. He recently started leasing to the trash seeping out of Garfield so the drug traffic here is awful - there are police busts on Winebiddle every week. I can't wait to move - I would go homeless before renting from Zytnick again.
