Apartment Review for Trends Capital Llc - Pittsburgh, PA

All of the positive ads on here are wrote by the workers at Trends. Google their name and you will find numerous reports of abuse from the landlord including cases where the city of Pittsburgh has sued them for 100,000 dollars. None of the apartments are up to code, There was black mold growing in the walls at 5855 Darlington Rd and they buy beautiful houses and then let them rot away while collecting on any cent they can through the scared and mistreated apartment renters. It is so sad and should be stopped. I have no idea how after all the legal problems they have had, how ON EARTH they could still be in business. If you ever need a place to live in the Pittsburgh area I suggest you go find a cardboard box out of the trash and live there before you ever rent from these people. At least then you will have piece of mind that your wallet and sanity will be full. Stay as far away from this company as you can. There are so many better places you could live where you like your landlord, the workers and maintenence and feel comfortable and safe. I have sinced moved away after the hell that was living at 5855 darlington and my landlord here is so nice, such a good person, keeps up on the building, are on top of maintenence, and I feel safe and comfortable. I pay half of what i did to Trends with double the size. So don't listen to all the babble posts from the workers... It is possible to have a great landlord with a good conscience, you just have to poke around. Always research before you rent and good luck!
