Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

We moved into our apartment and there was a CARBON MONOXIDE and gas leak. we couldnt cook for the first week we lived there. we had to actually sweep the bedroom floors because there was paint chips all over it from maintence not cleaning up their mess. the apartment was not painted and the kitchen is flat out gross. the girl at the office is a complete moron who circles around every issue instead of getting it resolved. the window in our bedroom is broken and its freezing. the windows dont even have screens. never got fixed. OUR BATHROOM HAD MOLD GROWING. our hallway smells like marajuana its EMBARASSING to have lived in these apartments. we never invited anyone over. all the comments that are positive are jason writing them. even maintence said he does it! PITIFUL!!! instead of driving baround in his mercedes he should pay the bills at his buildings so we dont get shut off notices ever other week
