Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I had the misfortune of renting from Trends Capital for a year. I cannot even begin to list all of the frustrating, negative experiences I had with this company. Trends Capital is such a shady operation that I'm shocked that they're still in existence. The staff members in the office are completely useless and negligent. I do feel sympathetic to the maintenance staff who seem to be nice people who unfortunately work for an awful company. My advice for people who are looking for an apartment to RUN AWAY from Trends! If you are already a tenant, be sure to DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT! You will literally need to make legal threats for anybody to listen to your maintenance requests. Good luck! p.s. These positive reviews are hilariously bogus. Who calls a rental company a "cool" company? People are just looking for a normal company who cares about their tenants!
