This company is another shell company of the illustrious JASON COHEN !!! He is a slumlord beyond belief, he wants the rent & hell be damned if he cares about anyone living in his buildings. The "repairs" he may do, are a bandaid on a gapeing wound if that. I have seen people lied to about rodents in a building, lied to about the security of a building, lied to about when apts are ready, and a million other things that are wrong within a unit. This company has double rented a unit, in my presence & expected me to lie to the tenants about what was going on. I have seen other workers remove items in a unit & give them to Cohen as colateral for the upcoming months rent. He operates under Trend Capital, JLB Investments, Elrod. He used to live in one of his own buildings until the living conditions got to bad for him. Everything is done CHEAP so that he can afford that thing of a wife of his. She gotta be charging him alot to put up with being sued so many times by tenants & the county Health Dept. If you want to get the plague or hepititis then by all means , rent from him. If you love to be healthy, pay a little more for rent & know that you will be safe.
