Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

Been with Trends going on a year and a half. In that time I've seen more done to this building than my past landlords have even thought about doing... This company obviously cares about their properties to be dumping this much money into them. These buildings aren't brand new thats for sure. But they have character and are kept up well. Maintenance is Johnny on the spot, and the office staff is aight. Price is great, Location is perfect and Company is cool... Thats all you need to know. Rent with them! They are good people.
