Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I've been living at this property in Bethel Park for about 5 years. My previous landlord went into foreclosure and this property was just a lost cause. Not a dime put into it as long as I can remember. Trends Capital took over and was professional from the start. We signed all new leases, we were given new locks and in the past couple of months I have seen more change in this place then I ever thought was possible. All the roofs have been replaced on every building, the landscaping is being done, we are getting all new garages, a brand new street and new driveways for everyone. All buildings are being painted and not to metion finally we can finally call a professional staff if we have a problem. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request as well. This apartment complex has been an eye sore for the community for years. What Trends Capital has done here in the few month's they've owned it is simply great. I love my new home and I owe them all the thanks!!! If you get the chance to rent from this company, take it.
