Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

Now I know when I was asked to comment about my landlord online, he would not want me to tell people about my past experiences. But approximately 4 years ago when they first bought this property, I have to be fair and admit that the company did not have its feet firmly set on the ground. Work orders took weeks, calls were not responded to and the quality of the maintenance staff was poor to put it lightly. That Company 4 years ago is no longer the Company that I know now. I'm happy to report to everyone, that what I've seen is truly unimaginable. Positive change every step of the way (starting about 2 years ago). And at the current moment, I would put them ahead of the best of landlords in the Pittsburgh area. It is a Change that Trends Capital should be extremely proud of. In the past couple of years, all of their past maintenance men have been replaced with very competent and professional uniformed technicians, my work orders have gone from weeks to deal with to (I'm not exaggerating here) sometimes minutes but usually by the same day or the next. They have receptionists, a very helpful website, 24 hour service and many other services that I would never have thought they were capable of way back when. I may have not given them the benefit of the doubt in the past but each time they have proven me wrong and I simply just started changing my attitude towards them. I want them to know that I truly think its a beautiful thing to see how far they've come. At this point I would be the first to recommend my friends, family and anyone I come across to Trends Capital. I have all the faith in them and they have proven from the past couple years that they are committed to constantly improving. Its a good feeling to know that my landlord truly cares and is committed to getting better and better. It is just obvious. I look forward to this continued change. They certainly made a believer out of me.
