Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I dont know what you guys are talking about. They have been nothing but on top of everything here. Every work request that I have ever asked for has been repaired the same day or next day. They implemented a Same Day or Free Rent Voucher at our building. Who does that? Who would put themselves in that type of position. Well apparently Trends Capital did. They offer me 5 bucks if they dont ask me what else they can do for me in my Apartment. Yeah sounds like a real slumlord. You guys are idiots I swear. I've been living in this building for 5 years and have seen this company improve, not only from the quality of their maintenance staff and the time it takes them to respond to maintenance issues but also from the work they've done at this building. I live at 1401 Mervin and this place was a dump. But they had just took over the management and since that time (in 5 years) I've received a new fridge, a new stove, my apartment's been painted, all the hallways have been painted, the entire building has been retiled, the basement has been painted, new washer and dryers in the basement, new landscaping in front and to the side of the building.... Trust me.. you will be happy with these guys. They have done more for me than any other landlord I've ever had. I'm staying here!
