Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I've been at their property at 101 Mt. Lebanon Boulevard since September of 2008. I completly disagree with what I've been reading about them. I've had about 3 times that I've needed them. Twice they've shown up on the day I called and the third time it was the next day. Each time the mainteance team was courteous and professional. I'm not sure what else I can ask for in a landlord. I strongly would recommend them to family, friends or anyone else needing an apartment.
