The landlord attempted to change the terms of the lease to his benefit just days AFTER the paperwork was signed and payments were made. The landlord didn't show up to hand over the keys on the date agreed and never called to tell us this in advance. We had to put all of our belongings in storage for a night because he was out doing god-knows-what and not answering his phone. The stove and refrigerator weren't installed until months after I moved in, yet I was still expected to pay rent in full every month. The apartment was a wreck, no repairs were ever finished, yet workers would simply let themselves in without knocking to start the shoddy repair jobs that they would only complete halfway before leaving and never coming back. I hate this company with every fiber of my being.
