Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I lived at one of their Mt. Lebanon locations, simply b/c I have dogs and am limited in my rental options. I thought it was a great deal, especially with the heat included in the rent. I was told that I would have a storage locker, so I brought along a lot of stuff with me that I thought I would be storing. I go downstairs to find the locker with my apartment # on it and it's deadbolted with tons of stuff already inside. I called the office. The girl says "apparently they're first come, first serve". So then I had to figure out storage for a lot of things I could've left behind in the first place. There is definitely a major delay in when they will fix things for you... You will not get most of your security deposit back, no matter how much you think you've cleaned. I even made sure I marked everything I could down on the damages form when I moved in the place, but you don't always discover everything that's broken/chipped/etc. before you fill out that form. I was charged exorbitant cleaning charges for the bathroom when I know I left that place spotless...in fact, in better shape than when I moved in. I'm actually needing to move again and I will not consider any of their properties, despite some of their very convenient locations and affordable prices.
