Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

Maybe you think that I have a vendetta against Trends Capital/Jason Cohen, along with all of the other obviously malcontent tenants here. The problems that I have experienced consistently mirror the problems that others have reported here - a decrepit and poorly maintained building, long delays for maintenance requests, dishonest and incompetent office staff (i.e. late fees that appear out of nowhere). The slumlord problems in South Oakland are by no means limited to Trends Capital, but they are one of the most egregious violators. If you want to deal with a miserable, dishonest slumlord who has to write fake positive reviews about his vast array of dilapidated properties, you can't go wrong with Jason Cohen and Trends Capital. Otherwise, you would be best advised to stay far, far away from these people.
