Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

This company is horrible! I have called multiple times because my air conditioning is broken and all they can tell me is that sent my request to a heating and cooling company.....but they can't tell me what company! They don't know when it will be fixed or who will be fixing it. They don't cut the grass enough. The grass was 6 inches high! The poeple that work in their office in Dormont are idiots. They said they don't have the man power to reuturn phone calls and the grass wasn't cust because they were dealing w/ "emergencies". Sounds to me like they have too many properties to handle....or they just don't care! Do NOT rent from these people!
