Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

I can't express how happy I am to have just moved out of a Trends managed property. Regarding the banter back and forth between the tenant who has trash accumulating and the poster from Trends, whom in theor typical classy fashion called them a 'retard'; I experienced the same issue at my property where Allied Waste is also in charge of garbage. I placed several calls and emails to Trends when trash was not collected for several weeks. None were returned or even acknowledged. I decided to not be a 'retard' and called Allied Waste myself several times. Every time the rep from Allied Waste told me that their contract is with Trends and not the tenants and that if there is an issue that needs resolved with trash collection, therefore Trends has to be the one to contact them. This was also during the summer, so our dumpster area stunk worse than Trends' business practices.
