I live at Florida Ave. I spoke to the trash guy from Allied Waste. He told me to my face that he "forgets this place sometimes." Trends Capital is not the trash company bone head. Its allied waste. Why dont you put a call in to them. Rather than trash the Management Company. So Trends Capital is guilty for another company not doing their job? Your a retard. For those looking for a place, dont listen to this guy with more time on his hands then he knows what to do with. This building is cool. I love the location, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. The company is good to me. They always treat me right.
