Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties - Pittsburgh, PA

Trends does not take care of it's properties to nearly the level anyone else does. What was amusing was in the news reports about Trends a couple weeks ago, were Jason Cohens' quotes about how he was being aggressively targeted. Actually, the news reports show that due to slow moving bureaucracy, the action against him was anything but aggressive. It took 2+ years to get to this point. If anything it was a failure in the system that Cohen was let go this long. With him, everything is someone elses fault; whether it's the tenant's, the neighbors, the gas company, the previous tenant, the dumpster company, etc. He has an excuse for everything, nothing is ever his fault and he takes zero accountability/responsibility for anything. The guy just lacks all class, integrity and any sort of friendliness. He has never 'worked with' any of neighbors nor myself. I live in a property where the heat was actually turned off. His response (directly from his mouth) was "I guess you'll have to bundle up"...which was followed later in the conversation by "I don't deal with tenants". However, when you deal with the person who does deal with tenants, their office assistant, Erica, she (according to her) never has authority to make any decisions and is 'just doing what she's told'. Nothing is worth dealing with this company.
