Has the gas been shut off in the building? No! So a late notice was found on the door. Oh, thats the kind of person Jason Cohen is? So what your saying is he pays his bills, and sometimes pays a bill late? Wow, what a despicable person. Apparently this drives you to the brink of quack, so much so, you have devoted your life to libeling the man. Its so obvious all these negative posts are yours. Please! Trash piles up at his building for 3 weeks? Mr. Posts different complaints here every week, have you ever thought it might just be the Dumpster Company's fault? Imagine this... you have a Contract with a Dumpster company to come every week and they miss a pickup, maybe two. Oh!! thats the kind of person Jason Cohen is? So what your saying is, he has a Dumpster Company that sometimes misses a pick up. Your right, he's a horrible, despicable, horrendous, human being. Please! The guy is a decent man, I've dealt with him numerous times and anytime I've been late on my rent payment (because not everyone's perfect Mr. Posts, not everyone lives at the Ritz, or at least thinks they do) he's worked with me. The company has always been professional with me and thats all a student can ask for (provided they dont shower in peking sauce of course). Trust me I've rented elsewhere here in south oakland. Professional is not in most of these Landlord's vocab, shoot, normal is not in their vocab. I appreciate how Trends has been with me and I'm giving them my senior year. Dont listen to this little duckling people, my roomates, my neighbors and myself are all just fine and dandy here.
