Apartment Review for The Pennsylvanian - Pittsburgh, PA

This apartment is as noisy as hell. There are highways and train station around the apartment. Forget about a good health sleep. you will never ever be able to get your deposit. If you decide to move, forget about the DEPOSIT. They will never ever give it back to you. There is no written rules, escially if you are foregner they will get whole deposit for cleaning of carpet, oven refrigerator(even though you cleaned, they will find a reason). But this is not the rule for every tenant. So be very very careful. Management can be rude. Car will get damaged from the stuss falling from ceiling and management will not care about it.
