Apartment Review for The Claybourne Apartments - Pittsburgh, PA

We spent 2 years in this apartment complex. This management is all about money and nothing about services. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Each time we would call the management, we would be put on hold for so long, it was frustrating. Also, they do not consider ANYTHING an emergency over the weekend!! Also, we moved into an apartment with a realllly old and stained carpet. Being a very benign customer, we did not raise hell over it and moved in. At the end of 2 years, we cleaned the apartment thoroughly and it was in a better shape than we found it, and still they cut a whopping 650 dollars from out security! We should have pursued this in consumer court, i guess, but nevertheless, a hassle. So give it a really good thought before moving into this trap of a management. Also, they hired a company during the first year for electricity billing and the monthly bill came out to be 250 dollars. In essence, decent apartment building, but made into a hell thanks to the management.
