Apartment Review for Steiner Realty - Pittsburgh, PA

The lease cleary says no dogs, but there is a dog that wakes me up every morning by barking. Also, someone above me plays the piano at 3AM some times. The agent showing me the apt said that steiner realty allowed the dog because the lady is blind, but the dog is NOT a 'seeing eye dog', they just "let it slide" as he said. I called the office and they did not seem too concerned about helping me. I am going to tell them since they broke the contract by letting another person have a dog they should let me break the contract by getting out of the lease with no charge, because I am losing sleep over this dog. DO NOT RENT STEINER REALTY!
