Apartment Review for Shadyside Real Estate - Pittsburgh, PA

This landlord was the best I have ever had. True, he was a little "informal" when it came to repairs. But they were hardly ever needed, and the only time I had a real emergency he was there within a half hour. He was so accomodating, holding the apartment for me when I couldn't move in right away with no extra charges and the lease did not begin until I was in, and allowing me to continue month-to-month when the first year was up. I recommended him to two friends and they were both also very pleased. Best of all was very, very reasonable rent in a nice area!
