Apartment Review for Rutledge Hall - Pittsburgh, PA

The apartment is nice but office staff can be kind of pompous. Never had any problems with repairs. Parking is a serious pain if you do not have a garage space. If you are lucky enough to get a parking space, be ready to shell out $60/month for the garage. The rent is too high, plus you have to pay electric as well, which is very expensive in the winter. Overall, it is a nice apartment but not worth the high rent price. Only for those who REALLY want to live in Shadyside.
