Apartment Review for Quality Homes Real Estate - Pittsburgh, PA

We moved into a 3 bedroom house in Summerset at Frick. The rent was $2,500 a month and was a month-by-month lease. Dave immediately raised the rent to $2,800 by the 3rd month! He then kept our deposit even though we left the house in better shape than when we moved in. He readily admitted this and promised to return our deposit. It has been 2 months since we moved out and he is not returning my calls anymore or picking up when I call. This man is not to be trusted. The house was new and in fairly good shape. However, the former tenants left it pretty dirty. I repeatedly asked for an additional garage door opener which he never provided.
