Apartment Review for Premium Rentals - Pittsburgh, PA

Alan the landlord is a crook. Every apartment has problems and the "maintenance staff" is incompetent. Alan is lazy and you will never see him after you sign the lease. We had a blizzard so instead of shoveling or having a maintenance person shovel, Alan put a sign on the door saying that there is a lot of snow, watch your step. Avoid at all costs. As soon as my lease is up I am getting the heck out of here!
