Apartment Review for Premium Rentals - Pittsburgh, PA

This place is horrible. The only good thing about it is the location. Before I moved in, I was promised that the apartment would be professionally cleaned. It did not look like it had been cleaned professionally or otherwise. I was also told that before I moved in things would be fixed... I moved in and there were still many things which were broken or not working. After I moved in, I sent a list to the land lord of everything that was wrong with the apartment. He still has not fixed ANYTHING. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I have mice, bugs, a leaking roof, etc. It is horrible and it smells too. The location is great, but not worth it!!! You can find a nicer place where the landlord actually cares about keeping his place at least in decent working order.
