we spent almost a fortune in this aparment and utilities. The windows never been fixed for the whole year, and that made gas bills even worse. the management is just alan- who doesn't even use computer- and some temporary employees. Alan likes to spend half of the year in california, so you'll never get hold of the management. Even if you can, most of time they don't do anything. now we have bed bugs and the landlord told us that it's our problem, this requires very serious action.
