This place is a craphole. Alan Patterson, the owner, is a scumbag who does not live in Pittsburgh and does not give a crap about this place. He just wants his over-priced rent for his worn down apartments that he does not bother to maintain. As he does not live in Pittsburgh, he does not respond to complaints, of which you will have many. My roof leaked, the waher and dryer never worked, and Patterson's respone to my complaints was to ask for the rent. You should avoid renting here at all costs.
