Apartment Review for New King Edward Apartments - Pittsburgh, PA

I have lived in the King Edward almost a year and it is honestly the best apartment building i've ever lived in. The building is very quiet, I only hear street noise (its the city, you have to expect to hear street noise). My neighbors are great and they dont rent to undergrads! Maintence really tries their very best to help out in all situations. To the person who complained about maintence not changing their light bulb, grow up and learn how to change your own light bulb. You can't honestly believe that it is the management companies responsibility to change your light bulbs. In the middle of the night when i overflowed my toilet, the man came out within 10 minutes! Parking doesnt exist for visitors, but for residents the parking garage is great. The heat is great and I have never been cold in the winter and the water pressure is also great. Overall I would highly recommend the building... compared with all of my other experiences in the area this one has by far been the best.
