Apartment Review for Arlington (Mozart Management) - Pittsburgh, PA

1. Safety- In terms of security, yes it is a secure building, however they have literally narrowed the vehicle entrance/exit (one single lane on the side of the building, completely invisible when coming from Bloomfield) with giant cement planters, so getting in without hitting an oncoming car or a planter is extremely difficult and dangerous. 2. Parking mostly sucks until after 6 pm since the beauty salon lets everyone into the parking lot all day long. 3. Appearance- love it, which is why I choose to live here two years ago. Classic, sturdy, and spacious. 4. Office Staff- I will give the day to day staff a 5 (front desk people), but the management is akin to the millitary with their rules, rules you are paying alot of money for. 5. Maintenance- I've always had very positive experiences with maintenance despite other reviews, probably because I live above the management office and they are generally very nice guys. 6. Condition- no problems there, I'm happy with the apartment itself. 7. Noise- wouldn't be a problem if I didn't live under 2 boys under the age of 5 (can't really be changed by mgmt). 8. Overall rating would be a 5 if it weren't for management, unfortunately my experiences with them have been so poor, I can only give a 3. The price is insane for the dictatorship and dangerous parking lot.
