Apartment Review for John C.R. Kelly Realty, Inc. - Pittsburgh, PA

The apartment was just okay. Upon moving in, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous resident-- Especially the kitchen (i.e. fridge, stove, oven, etc)and bathroom (toilet, shower. Upon move in, we called management to have it cleaned. The response we got was "What do you expect, this isn't the Ritz Carlton!" There were definite problems, however we coped. Upon moving out, I hired a crew to clean the apartment, left it in the best condition it could possibly be left in. We were handed an unclean apt, however, due to our professionalism we had it cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately, management had the audacity to say we left it in terrible condition. They took our entire deposit (and demanded more money in addition to the deposit). I must say that the management lacks professionalism and any customer service skills. They are by no means easy to deal with. Although their prices are great for Pittsburgh living, trust me, the difference in cost is not worth dealing with this business.
