Apartment Review for John C.R. Kelly Realty, Inc. - Pittsburgh, PA

The apartments themselves are ok, but the management are assholes. They come into your place whenever they want (even if you are still asleep inside!) and they dont give a shit about you. It took 3 weeks to get a leak in my bathroom fixed, so for almost month I had someone's shit-water dripping on me. I had 2 meth dealers move in upstairs and when I told the management about it they gave me the run around. First call this number, then send a letter to here, then Email this person. Oh, if you call the cops, they have a problem with that. If you leave something on your porch it will get taken BY THEM. The only time you can count on them to do anything is if you are late paying rent, then they have all kinds of people who can do anything in seconds. If you have any kind of problem, they wont fix it. If you have people doing and selling drugs and having crack parties in your complex, they dont care so long as they get their rent money. Oh, and if you should get laid off and have to move you better have THOUSANDS of dollars laying around to pay the rest of your lease and another on top of it. Basically, living in an alley would be quieter, safer, nicer, and have less drugs and scum than one of their places. If you have to live in a John C.R. Kelly Realty apartment, buy some ear plugs, a shotgun, bug spray, and get used to living a miserable life in filth and fear.
