Apartment Review for Jj Land Company - Pittsburgh, PA

I reviewed this place on 5/5 and wanted to do a follow up just to reinforce how bad this place is. Toilet-still broken, screen door-broken, dishwasher- finally replaced (5 days after they told me it would be replaced), living room blinds-still broken. my front and back door locks were replaced after they finally broke and i was locked out after working from 8a.m. to 11:30p.m. (had to go to my day job the next morning wearing food service clothes from the night before). the apartment below had sewage leaking into their place, and when they came to fix it no one bothered to warn anyone else that the building's h2o would be shut off for most of the day. when i call they are really nice and promise to fix everything, but then nothing gets done - i'm actually shocked that i recieved new locks and a dishwasher. as was said in another review, they never keep records of appointments and have been unprepared and late every time i've met with them.
