Apartment Review for Jacksonian Schoolhouse - Pittsburgh, PA

You are taking your chances if you rent here. It is very quiet, there are lots of windows, and the other tenants are pleasant. HOWEVER, the owner/landlord is intolerant and may not return your security deposit (as I have experienced, despite it being written into my lease). He also assigned me a storage locker and then six months later had his handyman cut my lock and throw away my belongings without giving me warning that he wanted it emptied. BEWARE!
