Apartment Review for Howard West Realty - Pittsburgh, PA

Every employee was rude and maintenance fixed NOTHING. With two male roommates, I (a female) lived for nine months with no bedroom door. It was being "replaced" when we moved in. Got dressed in the bathroom the whole time. Pipe on bathroom sink broke, so they turned the water to the sink off for two months. We brushed our teeth in the tub. Etc., etc. Showed prospective tenants through without calling first starting two months before lease ended. Insisted the lease says we need to be tidy, awake, dressed and ready to show the unit all day, including weekends, or they would keep the security. Kept the security anyhow. They are used to bullying and ripping off college students and are at the top of their game. Don't sign a lease with these cheaters.
