Apartment Review for Herbert Halsband - Pittsburgh, PA

These people are the rudest people on earth. They don't care about their tennants or their real estate. When calling in with a problem, they will send someone out to look at the problem but they never fix it. My daughter has just four more months to live in her apartment in Oakland (300 Craft) and after that I seriously am going to try and have the building condemned. It's a sin what they charge college students to live in these deplorable buildings but worse than the building is the people you have to deal with as landlords. STAY AWAY FROM HERBERT HALSBAND REALTORS AT ALL COSTS.
