Apartment Review for Herbert Halsband - Pittsburgh, PA

I read the other reviews and I haven't had a similar experience at all. I haven't lived in their building a complete lease cycle yet but we've pretty much already decided we'll stay here. They were very accomodating during our apartment search and stood out to us as more personal than the bigger companies. They kept in great touch and Sherry was great. Throughout the lease signing and move in process they had to bear with us as my fiance was out of state at the time. The were great about moving up our move in date and making sure the apratment was cleaned over night. They've been great since. The building is old but not in bad shape and we don't have any leaks or problems really. We can't hear the other apartments at all. and everyone is very friendly.
