Apartment Review for Forbes Management Llc - Pittsburgh, PA

If you are planning leasing an apartment from Forbes Management, please care to read what I have to say. My lease ends in August and they have already started showing the place back in March. First, they increase their rent to a ridiculous amount that no one wants to release( housing has the double the capacity per resident in Pittsburgh, 600,000 population back in 50s and only 300,000 in 2010, absolutely no reason to increase the rent, maybe small amount to reflect the inflation). Second, their apartments are really old; please don’t be fooled by their look (it gets dusty the minute you wipe your furniture or floors). Third, and worst of all, they show up in the middle of breakfast, lunch or anytime, sometimes unannounced. Imagine strangers showing up at your place for the 25th time (I’m not exaggerating) at 9 O’clock Saturday morning, and your response is a total shock. I have never seen anyone abusing basic human rights, a total degradation of self respect as much as these people practice. This kind of behavior can only be seen in developing countries, and even they are not as brutal. Please stay away by at all cost!
