Apartment Review for Forbes Management Llc - Pittsburgh, PA

Just stumbled across this website, but I consider myself an apartment expert and Forbes Management is one of the best in the Shadyside area. I felt I should write a review because these people have been so nice to deal with compared to the other 4 management companies I have had in the past. Forbes Management is a very small company and you are only dealing with two or three different people, some of the larger companies try and play games with you and send different people out to fix things. With these guys, they are straightshooters, you typically get things fixed right the first time.

I have been living in the East end of Pittsburgh for the past five years while going to school at Pitt for undergrad, CMU for grad school, and these people know what they are doing.

I lived at 821 Collins Avenue in Highland Park, a 2 family building that has been completely renovated. While they do seem to mail their lease renewals early, it benefit me because I knew what my options were- they told me they would work with me if I needed an extension to decide.
