Apartment Review for Forbes Management Llc - Pittsburgh, PA

In response to the review dated 4/12/10, Forbes Management and its staff would like to say we always notify our residents a day ahead of time whenever we enter their apartment, especially for a showing. This helps us rent the apartment faster if the resident is prepared, and keeps us from having to show it repeatedly In the case of this resident, we had notified them that we would be showing their apartment, however due to the unclean condition of this residents apartment, we were forced to show it many times. This is a well located building one block from Walnut Street and there is a strong demand for it. We are sorry that this resident was unhappy with our service as we try our absolute best to keep the lines of communication open with all of our residents, and the overwhelming majority are very satisfied with our professional services.
