Apartment Review for Delta Property Management - Pittsburgh, PA

The School House apartments are a dump. The gates to the parking lot are often broken, even though renters pay up to $50 extra a month for "secure" parking. Right now one of the main door locks is broken so you can't get in, the front door is blockaded because they didn't remove snow from the awning, and it may collapse at any minute. To add insult to potential injury, management neglected to shovel the snow so you can actually get around the hazard. I attempted to meet with the erstwhile property "manager" Bob to discuss these issues, but the office is 30 minutes late opening because he lives an hour away. I was told that my power bill would be about $100 a month, when it is actually $300 this winter. An alarm system was installed for some cryptic reason so that you have to pick up packages when the office is open. That is just fine if you don't work Monday through Friday like normal people. Plus, speaking of packages, my Christmas gift was never delivered and the video footage conveniently didn't include the delivery time. Oh, don't get me started on the "fitness center" with decrepit broken machinery, trash pickup, or snow removal.
