Apartment Review for Delta Property Management - Pittsburgh, PA

I lived in another apt. Bldg owned by the same company. The one manager is so unhappy with her job, and she is always frustrated, and irritable. She doesn't really listen to, or hear you, as she talks over you. The tennant above me worked late, and who made noise after 12 pm, and she tried to make it like the girl gets home that late, and is just trying to live. It didn't matter that she had parties, and she and her drunk friends bothered me. The elderly guy next to me would vacuum at 1am with his door open. The neighbor beside me had surround sound and played his music and tv till 4 am loud, and I could hear it as I tried to sleep. I tried to get them to help, but they tried to make it like it was my problem NOT theirs. The guys down the hall were selling pot, and there was constant traffic in and out at all hours of the night. The hallway REEKED of Pot, and the landlords didn't care. When I sprayed air freshener in the hallway, I got threatened to be evicted if I did it again. There was garbage in the yard and street and curbside from the guys selling weed, cause they would empty out their car garbage, cause they were lazy, high, or had NO respect for where they lived, or for their neighbors. The a/c-heat was SO LOUD!!! It sounded like an airplane going over the bldg. as it kicked on, and produced a lous buzz hum that was SO irritating!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST-when I moved in the vent had bird pooppn it from the last clients bird. Also the feces filled parrot cage was left in my storage unit 1 WHOLE YEAR, until I cleaned it out. The carpet smelled like animal pee near the closet from the last clients dog. When I moved the landlord said he did NOT remember comming into smell it with me when I complained about it, and I had to pay $100 to clean it when I moved. I WAS SOOOOOOO GLAD to get out of that Hell hole!
