Apartment Review for Deaktor Development - Pittsburgh, PA

I recently called to simply make an inquiry about a property and was treated like a piece of poop, it was kind of amazing actually how nasty they were. If I was in NYC I'd expect this kind of thing from a developer, but here it just works against the city's image. My advice in general is to stay away from developers in this town, as my experience with them finds they act like they can operate out of the normal rules of civility and still get people's respect.
