Since our 1st encounter with this Management ompany, I can tell you how impressed we were and continued to be with DEAKTOR DEVELOPMENT. This Organization is professional and certainly knows how to pamper their tenants. The staff is always courteous and maintenance is both dependable and effective. The owners are proativem in their upkeep and constant care of their properties. While we are not residing at this partiular address because we just moved out of state, I can tell you that hands down if we ever need to rent another place in Pittsburgh, Deaktor Development is the only ompany we will deal with. AND WITH REGARD to SECURITYDEPOSIT REFUNDING...We RECEIVED OURS WITHIN 2 WEEKS IN FULL! These folks are great!
