Apartment Review for Deaktor Development - Pittsburgh, PA

Deaktor development is nothing but a joke. Marsha Deaktor doesn't give a crap about anything but herself. No heat in 20 degrees outside? Oh well...not her problem. No electricity in one apartment in a building where everyone else has it? Call Duquesne Light...couldn't possibly be their problem. Locked out of your apartment during business hours? Better call a locksmith...not their problem either. Marsha Deaktor is by far the rudest and most unprofessional woman I have ever met in my life, spawn of Satan would be an accurate description actually. They told a 70 year old neighbor that had no heat to find a hotel room because 50 degrees in the house isn't a big deal at all. My advice to anybody considering renting from these people is to run away, as fast as you can...save yourself the aggravation, legal fees, headaches and money. If you do rent from them, you will definitely regret it!
