DO NOT RENT FROM DEAKTOR DEVELOPMENT. The office staff downright rude and unprofessional. It is impossible to get any maintenance done without an argument or multiple requests. Deaktor owns the building next door and has left it vacant for over year. It is a neighborhood blight as it is the only abandoned building. They are an embarrassment to the city of Pittsburgh.
